Krystle has spent 15 years working inside agency recruitment across roles from consultant to senior manager. She knows what makes a great recruiter, and what it takes to build a high-performing team.

That is the whole reason Jolie exists. Recruiters spend their days looking after other people’s careers and rarely get the same care in return: CVs sent without permission, roles pitched that were never a fit, and a process run by someone who has never carried a budget on a desk.
