Not from us. Your details are never sent to an agency without your explicit approval of that specific business by name.
Do I need an up-to-date CV to talk to you?
No. Plenty of first conversations start with no CV at all. If it helps, we will work on it together afterwards.
What does it cost me as a candidate?
Nothing. Rec2Rec is paid by the hiring agency, never by the recruiter being placed.
